Henrietta

Do you remember as a kid when you ate so much of something that your mum said you’d turn into it? ‘Don’t be stupid mum’, you’d think. Turns out, mum is almost always right (she was wrong about algebra, it’s useless. It’s finally happened to us, and we’re okay with it. Because if there is anything we’d be happy to be a little bit more of, it’s charcoal chicken.

Okay, so we haven’t actually turned into a chicken, but we have opened Henrietta. Now our lunch and dinner— sometimes hung over breakfast—obsession has become more than just a meal we crave. It’s a way of life.
